Support Tab Best Practices

You can find the support tab everywhere in the bottom left corner of our platform. Below are our best practices for using support for you and your students. 

  • A copy of student code is emailed to you and us
    • We only ever respond to you 
    • For common errors we assume that you don't need help from us. Email us if you do.
       
  • Before students submit a ticket:
    • Understand that we will all see what they write!
    • Use resources to try again (reset and debug)
    • Ask another student for help
    • Ask you for help
    • Submit a support ticket with you (add your name to the ticket submitted from the students account)  
       
  • Response Times
    • 1 hour or less during the school day
    • 24 hours or less outside of the school day
