A student does not need an email address to use Codesters in the classroom.
- If you are a Google Classroom School - Students can login with Google and use the credentials that they already have. Password is not stored in Codesters.
- Codesters uses the email field as a way to uniquely identify accounts so it is easy to generate a "Fake" email that is never used.
- When adding students one at a time to a class roster, click the "generate email" button to create a made up email address.
- When adding a roster using a .csv file. check the "Auto Generate Missing Emails" box before adding students.
